Smoking is Permitted

"Restaurant Smoking Ban in Virginia"

Governor Kaine signed legislation earlier this year that prohibits smoking in Virginia restaurants. The new law takes effect December 1st, 2009. Private clubs are exempt from the ban. See:  "http://www.vdh.state.va.us/news/Alerts/SmokingBanFAQs.htm" for more detail.
